THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Team leadership and management.
  • Business development.
  • Carrier underwriting and relationship management.
  • Office administration.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years in personal lines.
  • 3+ years experience in a leadership role.
  • A Massachusetts P&C license in good standing.
