Concord Group Insurance is growing and we are seeking three dynamic insurance professionals to continue our success in underwriting today’s products while we plan on expanding our overall appetite and lines of business.
We have positions available within our coverage areas of NH, MA, ME and VT:

  • New Business Commercial Lines Underwriter MA-Territory
  • New Business Commercial Lines Underwriter ME -Territory
  • Commercial Lines Underwriter
Our ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of P&C Underwriting experience specific to commercial lines and have the ability to effectively implement commercial underwriting criteria in order to accomplish our goals of maintaining productive relationships with agents.

Loss Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Loss Control professional to design, develop, implement, and monitor programs to improve the underwriting, risk selection, and profitability of our business. In this role you will support the underwriting team in the evaluation of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines property risks. In support of this, the Loss Control Manager develops procedures for handling current and emerging risk exposures and communicates/provides training to our Underwriters, Marketing Representatives, and Independent Agents. The ideal candidate has an understanding of risk control marketing, underwriting, and claims adjusting functions, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. In addition, strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills, organizational and analytical skills, broad and in-depth experience within the property and casualty insurance industry is preferred. Extensive regional travel is required in this position.
